Message from the Principal

As we are approaching the closing weeks of this term, it is really important to stay focussed and to get as much of your outstanding work completed as soon as possible.

Attendance is emerging as a big issue for some groups, we have some very good  tutors in this college but we cannot teach by remote control, we need you here. 

Please give yourselves a chance and attend your classes and you will also be able to support each other at this stressful time.  

We return from the Easter break on the 16^th April and we have just three weeks of classes before we start the Exams and the final grading of work.

You each need to make a plan for yourself to make the best use of the remaining time.

The Easter break will offer any of you who are falling behind the opportunity to catch up. For those of you who are sitting end of year written exams it is also the ideal opportunity to get some study done.  

Get sample exam papers from previous years and practice doing them.

This is probably the most stressful time of the year for learners and believe it or not tutors. Ask for help where you need it.

Get plenty of sleep, good food and exercise, don’t panic or spend too long thinking about what you have to do. Just do it- get on with it and think of the long hot Summer without the worry of repeats.
